FAQs

Can I bring my kids?

Of course!  Children are always welcome.  They may attend breakout sessions or explore with you in the exhibit halls. We do ask that children give up their seats in the breakouts if seating is limited. Please respect those around you and the speaker by stepping out with your child should he or she become noisy during a breakout.  There is an amazing playground and splash pad on property for your children to enjoy when they need a break!

Will you offer childcare?

No, childcare will not be offered.  However, there is an amazing playground and splash pad on property for your children to enjoy when they need a break!  There will also be a Sensory Safe Space available for families with children with special needs.

Will there be breakouts my teen would enjoy?

YES!  There is an entire schedule of breakouts specifically for teens!

Registration

Who is included in my Family Registration?

Your registration is for you and your spouse and your children living in your home. Every adult needs a registration and a badge to attend any part of the conference - including the exhibitor hall, sponsor hall, keynote addresses, and breakout sessions. The badges are not transferable.  Spouse & teen registration is FREE ONLINE; if you do not pre-register your spouse and/or teens, there will be a $10 per badge fee on the day of the event.

Can grandparents attend?

Grandparents are always welcome! There is no charge for grandparent badges when they are PRE-ORDERED during ONLINE registration. If you pre-registered for a grandparent badge, those badges will be with your conference badges at the pick up table.  If you do not pre-register grandparents, there will be a $10 per badge fee on the day of the event.

Do you give refunds if I can’t make it?

All fees paid are non-refundable.
